Love the product!!

I have excessive facial hair, and have been tweezing for years -- then I found this item!! I LOVE IT!! Haven't used all the attachments that came with it yet, but so far, so good.
The light seems to be on the wrong side for facial hair, however -- seems geared for legs more. A pair of lighted tweezers came with the product, and they are simply wonderful..

Wonderful epilator

I had previously used one of the original epilators, which finally died. I am so glad it did! This one is much easier to use, gets more hair more quickly, and is less painful. Actually, there is no real pain, just a slight burning sensation.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Well worth it!

It's quite a rough start. When I first epilated my legs, I was crying and shaking. I never wanted to use it again.
In fact, I waited for over half a year until I decided to do it again. And somehow, even then, it wasn't that bad. I wasn't crying, I was dealing with it fine, even if it still hurt. A year after that, and it was completely painless. It's simply a matter of how patient you are and how willing you are to go through it.
When I was younger, my mother never let me shave. And I'm glad she didn't! I'm not going to lie, it's PAINFUL. Don't let anyone tell you that it's some kind of mild, burning sensation, because, it's not. It really, really hurts. And as a young teenager I used to think of it as a punishment.
But now, I really understand how much better it is for you than any other method of hair removal. I think it's definitely worth the investment. Here's why:
First of all, your hair grows thinner over time. When you shave, hair grows quickly and painfully. But epilating is the complete opposite.
Second, if you wait long enough, you will get the same results as waxing: Incredible smoothness. And it's not hard at all to avoid ingrown hairs; simply buy a cream like this one. http://www.eucerinus.com/product/eucerin-intensive-repair-very-dry-skin-lotion
Third, you can wait. I've always been a very lazy girl, and I don't have the need to shave every day. It's SO rewarding to be able to sit back for a month while everyone else is shaving each day, with the same results as you have.
Epilating armpits turns out much better than shaving, though it is sometimes really bumpy. Its pain takes a while to get used to and your arms often get extremely tired. The results, however, are pretty good.
Pros: hair is grows thinner, takes a while until you need to epilate again, inexpensive in the long run, pain drastically decreases over time, portable and great for travelling, lasts a very long time, speed can be adjusted
Cons: takes a lot of time and patience, may not remove all hair, you must avoid ingrown hairs, it hurts specifically in the beginning, can be bumpy until you have done it a few times

Very Happy!

Due to hormonal imbalance, I have a lot of facial hair. I've tried shaving and plucking and neither one give me the results I get with this epilator. I am so happy with it. It takes longer for the hair to grow back and it leaves my skin looking smooth and not bumpy.
It takes a little practice to use, and the hair has to be a certain length. It doesn't seem to get every hair, but pretty close. Any extra can be plucked if necessary, but I find it's usually because it's not long enough.
The razorhead attachment was a plus! I didn't realize how much better it was at shaving under my arms versus a regular razor! I love it.
I would definitely recommend this product.

easy to use, start slowly and work at it, each area shave first, once stubble appears it's time to use epilator.

Best investment!

I got my epilator a week back and this was my first one. Online reviews encouraged me to try this one and I am glad I did! Let me give you a helpful review for all new users like me who want to try it.
1. PAIN QUOTIENT: Unfortunately there is no unit for pain measurement but let me tell you that if you can take the pain of a waxing tug, YOU CAN EPILATE.
Online reviews on pain factor are many time baseless with nothing to capare it to. Let me tell you, its no more than someone pinching you. Only difference is that here you are anticipating the pinch which makes it harder. I suggest try on a tough patch of skin, like your knee maybe, before you venture to your legs. Proceed slow. And then its not diffucult. I use it now for hands, legs and underarms.
I dont want to give you an idea that its very easy and painless. It hurts definately. BUT its bearable. And the more you get used to it, the lesser painful it gets.
2. DESIGN and EASE OF USE: Just a brilliant and simple product. No hassle device. Easy pictoral guide (I read just the essential and skipped most of the boring word-to-word directions)
9/10 for user friendliness
3. Value for money: May seem a little steep initially but its a one time investment. And completely worth it when it negates all those parlor visits for waxing.
VERDICT: GO FOR IT!
Pros: simple design, value for money, easy diy at home method, no mess technique, pain completely bearable against the results, handy pouch to store
Cons: not water resistant/proof, battery life could be better, cleaning brush needs improvement

I've used similar products in the past and was somewhat happy with them. But this product works far better than any I've ever used before. I happily recommend this one.
