Ideal for my gums

I'm so glad Sonicare is making this soft bristle head for sensitive teeth and gums. My Periodontist insisted i use soft bristles, as i have receeding gums. Sonicare's other brush heads exacerbated the problem, but this model for sensitive teeth, with its unique shape, is perfect for me -- no more poking into my gums with sharp pointy edges!! PLEASE, Sonicare, don't ever discontinue this product - my oral health depends upon it! (i would appreciate a more attractive price on your brush heads in general, however).
Pros: gentle on gums & recessions

Good, but lacking

The bristles are pretty good for sensitive teeth/gums. My issue is that they aren’t compatible with the force sensor built into the toothbrushes. If you have sensitive gums like I do (from brushing too hard over the years), it seems like it should be obvious that this capability be added to the sensitive brush heads, as people that ACTUALLY have this issue are likely to be buying brush heads to reduce the damage to their gums. The entire reason I purchased this toothbrush was to be alerted that I’m brushing too hard. The sensitive/soft brush heads aren’t compatible with this. I think that’s a huge oversight.

Excellent product

This is an excellent product, gentle on the gums and cleans teeth well. When I'm done my mouth feels fresh and my teeth feel like they've been professionally cleaned.

Great for sensitive gums

I had an original Sonicare and the brush heads were great. The new one has brushes that are firmer but too much for me. I found that Sonicare made these brush heads and they’re perfect.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Does not fit 3 Series toothbrushes

I purchased 3 3 packs of these for a 3 Series toothbrush. The snap on works for a week or so, then comes loose. It is not the same size as the toothbrush, and you can clearly see that when looking at heads that fit correctly. On label it says for DiamondClean, FlexCare+, FlexCare, HealthyWhite, and EasyClean, so I would assume it works ok for those, but for other toothbrushes I would pass, even though it says differently on this web site.
Cons: does not work with 3 series
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
