I like this range very much but I have 1 concern.. When using the oven I noticed that the knobs on the stove become rather hot. I am hoping that over the years this heat doesn't cause damage to the knobs????

accident prone controller knobs

I purchased this unit over a month ago and I'm not liking it because the knobs that control the gas flow are easily engaged when you reach to put items in the top microwave causing a slow gas leak. It has happened x3 already.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I like the range a lot. It has different btu settings for the burners, the stove top burner grates are tall enough that cleaning is a breeze, and it has features that work for me - timer, delay oven start, etc. The clicking to start the burners is a feature I am not too fond of, but not a game changer. I would have given it a 5 rating except that the stove top gets really hot when the oven is on, so I can't keep the salt and pepper shakers or the spoon rest on the stovetop.
I would recommend this to a friend!
