We bought this stove to replace our older GE stove. We're cooking a pot roast tonight and love the ease of use and the large window in the door! Highly recommend!

I just had this installed. I was shocked how easy it was to move around because it is so light. It looks really nice. I am so looking forward to using the Simmer burner. My only complaint is that I had to get a reducing connections because they didn't include it in the hose connection I had to purchase.

Solid Basic Gas Stove

We bought this to replace our 8 year old GE range that caught fire. Very similar to the previous model but there are a few minor differences that I wished we realized before purchasing this model. The gas knobs only use 180 degrees of the knob, so its much more difficult to set the cooking level. The heating element is on the bottom so we can leave our pizza stone in the oven. The height broiler drawer is ridiculously short...you can toast a sandwich, but little else. Also, heat profusely POURS out of the vents at the top, turning the kitchen into a sauna in just a few minutes. If we had it to do over again, we pay more and get a nicer model.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We bought this to replace an 8 year old range that died. This model was similar to our previous range but there are a few minor differences that we wished we realized before purchasing this model. The gas knobs only rotate 180 degrees, which makes it more difficult to set the cooking level. The heating element is on the bottom of the oven so we can't leave our pizza stone on the floor of the oven. The height of the broiler drawer is ridiculously short...you can toast a sandwich, but little else. A considerable amount of heat escapes out of the vents at the top which really heats up the kitchen quickly. If we had it to do over again, we would probably pay more and get a nicer model.
