hating the enamel burner grates

Why would anyone want enamel grates??? they are so darned slippery, they are dangerous. Frying pans and wok want to slide right off. Please make replacement grills without enamel!!! I would gladly pay a premium for this option.

My stove is a new purchase for my remodel. This is my first time purchasing this type of appliance and I would have given it a five star rating, but I thought I was getting the self clean steam feature and this model does not have that. Otherwise really good so far and it looks great with the other stainless steel appliances.
I would recommend this to a friend!
