Happy but .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've had this about a month now & we're still adjusting. And it's bizarre that I need to adjust to it.
Pros
Very quiet, sleek.
cleans well
Utensil holder very sturdy.

Cons
Hate the racks! I'm not sure whose cereal/soup bowls fit in this but ours do not! I have to finagle them in every time and it is a pain. Keep it simple!
The varying width of the spokes is very annoying.
Removing the whole rack to raise lower is cumbersome.
Sports bottles only fit when top rack is low but then big stuff on the bottom hits the arm.
Cannot use the gel/powder pacs. They get stuck and you run the washer multiple times.

Lots of Space and Super Quiet!

Extremely quiet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Extremely quiet--much quieter than previous "quiet" other brand dishwasher it replaced. Still trying to find best configuration staging larger bowls for cleaning--the tines are close together which accommodates lots of standard size dishes and small salad bowls, but larger pieces are awkward. Surprised at how light-weight this unit was compared to 1998 other-brand dishwasher. Ample room inside for tall objects.
