[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this dishwasher because it received excellent ratings from Consumer Reports. We've had it for about 3 months and it's working very well. The only negative I can think of is that it's difficult to tell when it is done - the only way to know is the chime/beep at the end of the load, and that only works if you happen to be nearby when it finishes. It's also a little confusing to get it to resume a load if you accidentally interrupt it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Washes very well, timer not great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is our second Bosch dishwasher because they clean better than any other. I use the timer setting every day. I set the timer for 9 hours at 6pm and when I wake up my dishes are clean and my coffee cup inside is warm. The last model I had allowed me to open and close the dishwasher after I set it at 6pm and everything was fine. Now that I have the controls hidden on top of the door I have a mere 4 seconds to open and close the door and if I don't make it I have to push start which appears to reset the timer. It seems like this model isn't as smart as my last one :(.

So quiet, easy to manage

Great Replacement Appliance

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our original DW of another make suffered a major electronic failure much too early in life to lead us to replace it with the same brand. Bosch has the highest ratings; the price was very reasonable and the unit works beautifully. I like the simplicity of design which bodes well for longevity.

Great but strange sound design

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] All our dishes get clean with this nice dishwasher. The only complaint we have is that it beeps whenever you open and close it EXCEPT after you press the start button and close it, in which case it does not beep, so you don't know if it started or not. Also it is strange there is no way to tell whether the cleaning is done or not. So the communication functionality of this diswasher is off.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Bosch Ascenta dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Recently had the Bosch Ascenta dishwasher installed and couldn't be more pleased. It is so quiet and efficient. Having the control panel at the top of the door is very helpful and easy to use.
