Dishwasher Racks

The Ascenta dishwasher racks are inadequate. The racks don't hold the same amount of dishes, nor can the dishes be loaded easily. It is a chore just to figure out how to load the dishwasher. In addition, when you want intensive drying, you have too many steps to activate this feature. You should be able to push one button. However, the Ascenta does clean and dry the dishes well.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Expensive and fickle

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The dishwasher doesn't dry all the way. The dishes sometimes come out dirty. I wish there was a screen to display how much time is left on the cycle. After the one year warranty the dishwasher stopped working mid cycle. We tried everything but nothing works. I was expecting this to last longer than a year considering how expensive this was. Would not buy this again.

Cleans well but Design Flaws

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The dishwasher cleans really well. I will put in dirty plate, with just the food scrapped off, and the machine cleans them beautifully. However, even though it's standard size, it feels really small and is hard to fit all our dishes. Also, when it's done running it starts beeping to let you know it's done, which defeats the purpose of a quiet dishwasher. It needs an indicator light to let you know what's going on.

Dishwasher woes

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pros: fastest cleaning cycle than other models and does a good job of cleaning. Sleek appearance.
Cons: stacking dishes is a nightmare. Unless you are washing nothing but teacups and plates, the rack design is extremely flawed. It is a daily struggle to find a way to make loading convenient. Bowls and Tupperware or anything other than plates or cups have a very limited place here.

Cleans incredibly well. Will not stop beeping once done which gets very annoying in the middle of the night. It also will not get dishes dry. Does not matter how much Jet Dry we put and how often we replenish, the dishes always come out wet. Other than that it looks great and like I said, does a good job cleaning.

I absolutely love my new Bosch dishwasher

It has double the capacity of my old dishwasher, so we are not washing as many loads of dishes as we were previously. It is so well designed and easy to load. My dishes come out sparkling! What more could I ask for! A fabulous dishwasher! Thank you so much for making such a great product. I will look forward to purchasing more Bosch products.
