Control panel not user friendly but quiet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We find the control panel is a bit counter-intuitive and the instruction guide wasn't much help. Don't know if some features are not working or if it's user error. The settings we have figured out work well, it's quiet and it cleans dishes well.

Does good work

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] From a dishwashing point of view, this machine does admirable work, and it is exceptionally quiet. The controls are simple but the instructions supplied are poor as regard changing default selections. One additional issue, which is surprising in view of the other quality engineering is that one cannot tell from the outside when the machine is running, nor is there any indication when a cycle is complete... that can be seen from the closed door. This is surprisingly crude and amateurish.
Nevertheless, it washes very effectively and we do not regret our choice.

Outstanding Cleaning and Elegant Look

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this dishwasher based on Consumer Reports ratings. It's lived up to the hype. Elegant, amazing function, easy controls, and easy to install. The only caveat is that the racks need more options to remove rows of pegs -- it's a bit hard to fit big pots and pans.

A relief to have such a reliable and well-made app

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our old dish washer came with the house and we stuck with it for 10 years, well past when we could justifiably replaced it. We wanted something that was hopefully even more reliable but that wouldn't break the bank. Checking consumer reports and talking to appliance salesmen, Bosch was the clear winner when it came to delivering on ease of use, reliability and quality. Additionally, it wasn't any more expensive than any other name-brands. It is a joy to use and a relief to know it is offering up a tub of sparkling clean dishes every time.

Smaller but Reliable

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this dishwasher for about a month, and it cleans dishes very well. It's also much quieter than my previous dishwasher. My only complaint is that it fits less dishes than my last one, and it doesn't have a tray for larger utensils to be washed.
