Very Quiet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love how quiet this dishwasher is. You can have normal conversations, watch T.V., etc, in the same room while its running.
It holds a lot of dishes and everything gets clean.

It’s okay, could use some easy fixes

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this because it was top in Consumer Reports ratings. I think it really does a great job washing dishes, that's why I gave it 4 stars. The interface has mechanical buttons, which is kind of old school and seems like a good opportunity for fluid to get at the electronics.
When the cycle is done, it will beep every 5 or 10 minutes until you open the door. We can't have this when we start loads before bed or before leaving for work, so I disabled the beeper. That's better, but now there is no way to know when a cycle is done. A simple LED indicator would be nice so the door doesn't have to be opened.
I installed it myself, and was not a fan of how it got leveled. I ultimately had to reach under the unit and shove a shim under the back leg.
Overall, not as good as I expected, but if it is reliable for many years to come, I will be satisfied.

Great dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love the dishwasher. Leaves the dishes clean and it's very quiet. Our only complaints is that it leaves the dishes a little wetter than our previous one and it's a tad smaller but that's probably my fault for measuring wrong.

Does it all!

It may not have all the bells and whistles, but it cleans as well as the expensive dishwashers, holds as much, and give you the choice you really need to get it done!!!

Bosch replacement of current older Bosch

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a little dissapointed as we bought this based on Consumer report reviews. Two biggest issues is when opened by accident, you have to hit start again then close. Older unit you could just close and and it would pick up where it left off. 2nd complaint it is so quite and hard to tell when running and no indicator for that, also besides beep no other indicator it is done running. Our friends Bosch has a red light that shines on floor to indicate done, wish ours had that???

Great diswasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Beyond a shadow of a doubt, this is the best diswasher ever. It's so quiet, and I purposely put s pyrex dish with baked on chicken stuff on it. I didn't spray it with Pam, didn't soak it, and used the heavy washing option and let it go for about 2 hours. I was SHOCKED. It was totally clean. When i would walk by the diswasher, I would stop, to see if it was on. It is so quiet. Just like the BOSCH cooktop I had installed 2 months ago. This is the best cooktop and diswasher ever. I can't wait to get their wall oven. THANKS FOR MAKING A GREAT PRODUCT. So sorry I don't know how to add a picture. I'm 75 years young.

What I would like on the Bosch Model

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We chose Bosch to replace our current dishwasher that only worked for 3 years. My husband made the Bosch choice based on the Bosch reputation. Because of COVID 19 we ordered on line. That probably had something to do with my rating - on line it looked like all the Bosch models had the upper silverware rack, which looks like an amazing space saver. I would suggest that all models have it. Ours does not and the silver ware racks that load on the bottom take up a great deal of space. The instructions that came with the on line Bosch were very scanty, and my husband, who was an IT guy could not figure out how to start and pick options for starting the new dishwasher. It took some time until we were able to learn how to adjust the settings. We were searching for how to know if automatic dry was on, and if so how to turn it off as an efficiency saver, but could not find any information. We had a relative who has a Bosch and he explained that it does not have to be turned off because the Bosch is energy efficient about drying and he explained how it worked. It was not in any written information with the Dishwasher. Our former dishwasher had something on the outside of the door that let me know how much time was left in the cycle and automatically shut off. The model we have lets out a very low little beep, and doesn't shut off until I press the off button. I would have liked to see from the outside when it was finished, and not to have to hit the off button when the cycle is finished. I am uncomfortable starting a load at bedtime, knowing that I won't be able to hit the start stop button unitl morning.

Cleans well, controls sketchy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Cleans well. No way of telling how far along the wash cycle is. Would be nice to have a timer telling how long until cycle is completed. It would also be nice if the door opened more easily and went down all the way more easily so you can pull out the lower rack.
