Great machine!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Best dishwasher I've ever owned. It only gets a little loud at the beginning of the cycle for about 30 seconds and then it's whisper quiet. I wish it had a visual element showing it was done. Great price and definitely would recommend to friends and family.

I would have given this dishwasher 0 stars if I could. We always had BOSCH dishwashers and they were great. What went wrong with this one?! It became a family joke that we ceremonially say "I hate this dishwasher" every time we load it or unload it. The problems are the following: the upper rack is not adjustable which limits the height below. I cannot put the majority of our plates in the dishwasher. The space above is too big - waste of space. It does not dry properly. It takes forever to complete any cycle. If you open the dishwasher once it has started, you need to press the start button again and it does not seem to always work. Once the cycle is finished, the dishwasher emits this annoying beep which cannot be stopped. It kept waking us up. Now we cannot run the dishwasher in the evening/night. Our contractor got it for us and now we stuck with it. I hate this dishwasher!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dishwasher is delightfully quiet, yet extremely competent at cleaning all types of dishes. I've never ventured from the automatic setting, and been impressed by the reliably great results.
Minus one star because its only drawback is that it makes cryptic single beep sounds when you start or end a cycle, or after a cycle is complete. The beeps are all the exact same length and tone, so there is nothing that sounds like a "bad buzzer" or "happy song" to indicate what is going on (start? stop? errror??) in a self-explanatory way.
I submitted this suggestion to the manufacturer when registering. Didn't hear back. Apparently the annoying beeps after cycle completion can be deactivated through certain button presses. Could be more intuitive.

It is slightly smaller than our older version but still works well. My only complaint is nothing drys so be prepared to take most items and have space to air dry them as it is highly annoying.

A leading consumer magazine recommended this product, it was midpriced, affordable and locally available. So we purchased it. As we hoped, it cleans very very well, except perhaps for peanut butter on a spoon, dries much better then expected, has many controls which we don't use, and is very quiet. Loading it required experience to get it right, but not much experience. We have being using it for several months, have not had a reliability issue and so far no complaints at all. To be on the safe side however, given the short life of our previous more expensive dishwasher, we puchased n extended warrente. Live and leran. In short, we are quite happy with this machine and can recommend it.
