Dishs are wet every time

Love my new dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It took some time to figure out the settings and more time to determine how to load it. There are only two of us seniors living here. Because of the "shelter in place" we are mostly cooking a at home so have lots of bowls, cooking utensils, and other odd-shaped items. But once I figured it all out, it was apparent that this machine cleaned my dishes a lot better than any other dishwasher I had owned in my 50+ years of marriage. Thank you so much

Underwhelmed by performance

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Based on Consumer Reports reviews, I expected this dishwasher to perform better than my IKEA Whirlpool IUD9500WX2 (which had to be replaced due to an unfixable door leak). But, it doesn't. Plates and bowls go in and come out with particles of food still attached, even on the "heavy duty" setting. The washer is quiet and I like the hidden control panel (especially helpful because my toddler likes to push buttons on other appliances). After one month with this dishwasher, I am still learning how to load it efficiently. This is a frustration that I know will pass, but it's hard to accept that we are one month in and still confused. My mother has a SHE3AR72UC/22 that she absolutely loves. I wish we'd bought it, even though it has front controls.

Bosch dishwasher replacement

This washer replaced a 17yr old Bosch, probably higher end model. I picked this because it most closely matched in appearance. However, the wash cycle is noisy (the previous washer was truly silent). Beeps occur intermittently through a wash cycle, in addition to the end of the final cycle. And, despite looking in the online manual for directions, we cannot activate delayed wash cycles. Our old Bosch was straightforward in setting delay washing.
Otherwise, the unit functions well, dishes and glasses are clean.

Not loving my new dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Cannot reliably get the dishwaher to run. Read and reread the instructions. Over half the time, the dishwasher does not start. Then, all of a sudden it will. Also not happy with the storage capacity. Have to run small loads.
