Great dishwasher with a few flaws

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The dishwasher itself works great, dishes get very clean. There are a few issues with functionality though. The unit does not show a light on the ground while it's washing, so it's difficult to know when the dishes are washing/done. It also beeps continually and loudly when a load is done, or when it needs jet dry, etc. It's very annoying to hear this if you set a load to wash when you go to bed. The flap that holds the detergent is also hard to close, it doesn't snap closed well. You have to it exactly the right way or it won't shut. It's also very loud, louder than my last Bosch. All in all it's a great unit though, I would buy another Bosch for it's cleaning ability alone.

Nice Machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nice dishwasher. Clean very well compared to our old machine. Looks great. Only issue we have with the dishwasher, not a major deal, but control are not as intuitive as they could be. Also, it is taking getting use to if you open the machine after startting, you need to remember to press start again. Would still recommend due to its cleaning ability.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Happily surprised with this dishwasher as I had a GE Profile that was REALLY quiet but REALLY didn't clean dishes. This Bosch is very quiet, not as quiet ads the GE, but it gets every dish spotless. I thought that the tines were too closely spaced together to allow the dishes to get a good wash but I was wrong. Now I don't even have to rinse my dishes before putting them in. Just clear solid matter and that's it. Very happy with this purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] No matter what soap we've tried our dishes come out crusty. We rinse them first in hot water but it doesn't seem to matter. Our water is from a well thru a Pelican filter.
