This trimmer was the only one that took the customer's point of view in imaginative engineering and ease of use. Almost all of the others had "Forks" that had to be snapped on and off to control the the cut's length. Only Phillips evidently used this trimmer before sending to market, to evaluate it from the customer's point of view. Excellent product engineering and value pricing.

Battery is bad

Used it 2 times after fully charged. Now whwn i charge it i get maybe 1 minute out of thw battery. Even when it is plugged in and i try to use it the battery dies.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
