Always wanted a Norelco for the fact everyone I know who uses them loves them. Unfortunately, living on a TA stipend at university makes their higher price tag untenable for me. A Norelco-quality shaver I can actually afford with two heads instead of three finally lets me in. Thank you for opening a "B" market item for people in my income range, Philips!

The battery is amazing. Granted I only shave/trim once a week, but a charge last me over a month. Most products have a faster trickle discharge when just sitting in a drawer. The multiple click on heads is also a great idea, and works pretty efficiently. I also love the waterproof, shower friendly casing. I've found that's the easiest time/place to trim. Ergonomically, not so good. Maybe I'm just holding it wrong, but I work with my hands and after 2-3 minutes of continuous use, my starts to cramp. Also, using this with the beard trimmer head (or any beard trimmer, for that matter) I'm having to keep my beard just slightly shorter than I'd like. There needs to new another, larger beard guide comb.
Pros: shower safe, interchangeable heads, battery life, easy to clean
Cons: beard length comb too small, ergonomically uncomfortable

It's a great product

It makes it easier and faster to shave. I no longer have to worry about cutting myself like I used to when I used a razor. It provides a close shave and the design is very cool.

Problems with Body Grooming head

My husband and I bought this together. I use the body grooming head. For the first week the body grooming head worked great - wonderful close shave, works well with shaving cream, no razor burn. But then it started to slow down. I discovered it wasn't the battery but the shaving head. I turned it on and in less than 30 seconds it shut itself down. If I took the head off the battery ran fine. I did my best to clean it after shaving but it must have gummed up any way. I let it sit for a few days and it works again but I don't want to go with out shaving. I would buy a second head but replacement heads don't seem to be available. Returning it for a refund.
Pros: shower safe, multiple heads, close shave
Cons: hard to clean, no replacement heads a available
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

While this product has great features, it lacks cutting ability for regular shaving

Using this product for regular shaving of facial hairs lacks the ability to get a close shave. Cleaning is also a problem, the holder design for the blades is difficult to put into place.
Pros: body shaver
Cons: cleaning, not able to get a close shave
