Product used less than month. Quit heating and dispensing. Gift for 91 year old. Disappointed in well know company

I always hated putting cold lotion on my body and would even skip moisturizing so I didn't have to get chilled.
I never even know there was a heated lotion dispenser available so when I found this I was so excited.
Once I started using this it has completely changed my skincare routine. My skin is so happy.
The only thing I highly recommend - do not overfill the lotion base.

I really loved this appliance. It was so easy to use and so nice to apply warm lotion in the winter. But, after using this less than 3 months, the switch on the cord cracked and later just fell off making it impossible to use. I didn't even use the switch since I unplug my appliances instead. I am so disappointed!!!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I've had one for quite awhile now and love it. My new ones are for daughters and their families. When girls spend the night, they make sure to plug mine in, so I was compelled to get a few more and let them enjoy the warmth.

The temperature really does help the lotion moisturizer your skin better! I got it originally to be relaxing, which it is, but now I don't think I can go back to unheated lotion! It's an investment that pays for itself cuz your lotion will working stronger and spreads further too! I wish it dispensed more product per pump and had a travelling case with an extra lock in case it comes off, like extra security or maybe a portable one idk

OMG, so luxurious! Stylish wide dispenser with scalloped detail on cup is super easy to open, fill, and pump. Dispenses perfect amount of warm lotion for face and body in 2 minutes at perfect temperature. Good length cord with roll on/off switch. Great price. Warm lotion after a bath is now a necessity. I plug mine in immediately after bath and unplug it when not in use. Attractive with any bathroom decor. Obsessed!
