Doesn't recieve texts or calls

I am going to try to get a replacement. I have problems receiving texts and calls. For example: I will be holding a phone in one hand, calling my number, and it will say my phone is ringing and go to voicemail, but my phone will never ring. Or I will send out a text, only to receive 3 texts from the person that I didn't get until I sent one out. This has caused many problems. I am very unhappy and have never had problems like this before. I hope when replaced everything will be fixed.
Pros: Bright display, Inexpensive, Durable, Realistic color, easy user interface
Cons: Did not meet expectations, doesn't receive texts/calls
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great simple, solid phone

It's a great phone! The interface is much more user friendly than the other phones I saw in this price range. The screen is capacitive-touch, and is very responsive. It is solidly built, and feels good in your hand. It lacks a few feature one would hope for - no voice recording, you can't order the apps on your favorite menu, etc. But for the price, it's an excellent phone!
Pros: Inexpensive, Durable
Cons: few apps, no video recording
I would recommend this to a friend!

It's one of the only touchscreen Sprint phones that you do not have to get a data plan to buy. For that reason alone, it's a terrific deal.
Pros: Inexpensive, Lightweight
I would recommend this to a friend!

It's not a terrible phone but I miss my Rant

This isn't a bad phone by any stretch. I like it don't get me wrong, but I miss the Samsung Rant that this replaced. I bought it used and it lasted me 3 years. Perhaps my favorite thing about this phone is it's keys on the keyboard. They feel amazing compared to any other QWERTY phone i've used thus far. I don't have small hands which means I don't have small fingers. The keys are perfectly spaced apart and they are the perfect size for my fingers. I also love the size of the screen, coming up from the Rant the increased screen real estate is much appreciated. The clarity and resolution isn't bad either. It's not a Retina or AMOLED display but it's pretty nice. One thing I didn't notice until I checked out the reviews here is the fact that there indeed is no camcorder function. I realize this phone is supposed to be "eco-friendly" and "minimalist" but even my Rant had a camcorder function, primitive as it was. I don't know how prevalent this is, but my phone also did not come with a microSD card. To me, in this day and age, that is just inexcusable. Not that there's much to complain about given the current price on flash memory right now, but still, harkening back to my Rant, that phone came with a microSD card. My last lament about this phone is the quality at which pictures are taken. This phone's camera captures photos at an eye-blistering 1.3 megapixels. Even flip-phones have better cameras than this thing. I'm not expecting my phones to have Nikor lenses or something but, once again, even my Rant had a 2.0 megapixel camera. You might think I'm biased because I loved my previous phone so much, as most people do when they change, but like I said when I started my review, this isn't a bad phone. I needed it so I could call and text. If you wan't excellent pictures, get a camera. If you want amazing video, get a camcorder. If you want a decent phone that will get you through life until your next upgrade, give this little guy a shot. Try to check it out at your local carrier before you purchase as well. There is no substitute for personal interaction.
Pros: Bright display, Lightweight, screen size and clarity, messaging layout and interface, earpiece is nice and loud, adjustable sensitivity on touchscreen, 3.5mm headphone jack
Cons: no camcorder function, camera resolution is pretty bad, settings menu is too simple for my taste, no included microsd card, doesn't come in black, bad charger port positioning, deleting messages is a little unintuituve
I would recommend this to a friend!

This is a good product overall, but would be helpful if you would give a better use manual so that your customers can access ringtones and save them when someone sends one to you. Don't give the option to save sent ringtones tone the phone. Only options available are to play, stop, or finish. Also can't get SDI card to sync to computer in order to download my music to it in order to have music on my phone. j Please respond with knowledge on how to save ringtones and sync SDI card in order to download my music from my library to play on my phone. THANK YOU
Cons: issues with saving ringtones sent from someone.

ITS NOT BAD

IT IS NOT BAD AS FAR AS WHAT IT CAN DO. I GOT IT MAINLY FOR MAKING CALLS AND RECEIVING CALLS AND TEXT MESSAGES. I HAVE A SMART PHONE AND LOVE EVERYTHING ABOUT IT. TAKES A BIT TO GET USED TO THIS ONE AND HOW IT WORKS. THE TOUCH SCREEN HAS ME HANGING UP ON PEOPLE SO I TRY TO USE EITHER SPEAKER OR THE BLUETOOTH. FOR THE TEXT IT HAS KEYBOARD THAT WORKS WELL. AS LONG AS I USE IT FOR WHAT I GOT IT FOR I AM HAPPY BUT SOMETIMES FORGET, OH FORGOT THE PICTURES ARE GREAT THEY ALSO HAVE A FEATURE TO BE CREATIVE WITH THE PHOTOS. REALLY LOVE THAT.
Nice looking phone but ultra sensitive touch screen even on lowest sensitivity setting. Dials #s accidently. Always beeps if barely touched. So annoying! The manual is missing a very impt feature, and until I learned it almost returned the phone. Pushing on/off button locks the screen and buttons.
