Tough to use in one hand

its not a smart phone. its camera not like N-73,Nokia 808 or lumia 1020 lens and also not have same like lumia 1020 Xenon Flash. its much better if comes with 5.5 inch LCD size and also come with 41 MP Carl Ziess like Nokia 808 or Lumia 1520 N-73 ( using long press then has 4 time flash during picture shooting).

Phone freezes

Phone freezes and have to wait for battery to die and then reset by charging. My phone is one year old...not happy

Don't buy this phone

I got my lumia 1520, 15 day ago. I liked the phone due to its battery life and fast processor (very good for gaming).
Today suddenly the display is gone. I never dropped this phone. When I press the power button, the phone wakes up but all screen is blank and only the windows and back key lightens up. I did not buy insurance and I don't know if the warranty covers the display. I never thought this phone will break without any significant damage.

this is a great phone for those who like windows and know their way around it well and have lots of time to convert music to mp3 format.

There are some issues with this phone that I am having a difficult time with.
1. hands free mode is fine in car but cannot play music from my library.
2. Most of my music is mp4 format and has to be converted to mp3 which is a daunting task with over 4,000 songs. and without conversion I do not even see the music in my player
3. The battery life is not that great.

Because of the music conversion issue and limited free apps I have gone back to my old phone and am not a windows phone fan.

not internet friendly

I had ipone 3-5the internet condition was much faster. I can't even get on Facebook at home. It does not have any hood apps for the military. When I text a group I can't find the group. Not enough space. The best thing its bigger than other phone. Not pleased

Good: Display best one out there, build quality is awesome, camera is awesome, speaker is awesome, and Keyboard is awesome, Kudos to Windows Phone dev.
Bad: Not easy as I am too used to it with android, major problem is transferring files from Mac, not easy, I watched movies a lot on my phone, I need to transfer files imply like I did on my android phone, I can even FTP to my android phone,
Still don't know which Windows Phone 8 features. I need to install new fonts like I do it on my windows 7, how can I do it on Windows Phone 8. This is one major disappointment.

I really wish Nokia didn't limit itself with Windows, I would be happy to buy this phone with Android installed :D

the phone is great but my 1520 has issues screen freezes the screen jumps around from app to app the battery gets hot and it even calls people when it wants to but I love the phone but it has to many bugs in it the phone just want work right.
