Was great until all the hardware problems started.

Phone was great when I first bought it. Then the ghost double tapping started. Then the battery (had really long life at first) started shutting the phone off. Sent for repair but ended up being a bad power management IC chip and unable to repair. Loved the phone but discouraged about buying another windows phone after this.

The touch screen had problems two times.

I already replaced the display but still the touch is crazy. The keyboard is not working at all and is open a lot of windows without I touch for.

Unsatisfactory performance from 2 Lumia 1520s make me consider choosing Android for my next smartphone.

The phone looks great, but it is weak when it comes to performance. I've lost count of the number of soft and hard resets I've had to do to get the phone to function properly.

My last windows phone.

I had some Android phones,but didn't last me long,my first windows phone was Lumia 620 and it last me a year,my second windows phone is Lumia 1520 and it would be last windows phone.
I wished this phone and any high-end windows phones had that feature NFC payment without a SIM secure card,that's one thing that kept high end windows phones behind.

The buggiest phone i've ever owned

When I first got the phone, I thought it was great. Then time passed, and the bugs started coming out. The phone is bad. I like the large screen and resolution. I hate that you can't change the battery. The phone locks up regularly, in which, sometimes rebooting it won't fix. You just have to wait until it's done bugging out.

locks up on me all the time, Cant turn off most of the time with out a hard reset. I love windows at least i thought i did
