I hope that I can find a good real file manager like Android

I have serious problem with my phone. Haven't any file manager and most of the programs that install on my phone aren't update. I have good connection with store but program's company haven't got any update like the Android. We haven't lots of programs that work probably.
Please solve them.

This phone is beautifully crafted. The large screen and tiles are my favorite features. On the low side this phone is glitchy and it freezes constantly. It would be my phone of choice if the product actually would work long enough for me to explore its capabilities. All in all I feel that I've wasted my time and money on a product that had me captivated at first sight. Im so disappointed.

Cons: Touch screen erratic. this is well known but is being ignored by Microsoft.
Can't download large apps unless you are connected to Wi-Fi.
Camera opens slowly.
Power button very hard to find without looking.
App selection stinks.
Internet explorer is buggy and slow.
Not enough customization options.
Some 3d games cause phone to get really hot.

It's a great product but has dealbreaking issues/bugs

I'm a WinPhone (Android and FirefoxOS) app developer.
Previously I've been using Lumia 928 and generally I am sattisfied with WinPhone OS with good camera being main reason of buying this phone.
Now the dealbreaking issues that appeared after WP8.1 (regular, not a DevPreview) update: On a regular basis (almost every day) I have accidental cheek touch interference with screen. It's common to call on 2nd line same person I'm already on line with. Or to terminate a call.
Also, once in a while (~once per week) my phone restarts itself or freeze for a while...
These are the reasons I'd not recommend this phone.

On the other side, battery lasts for almost 3 days of (my) normal usage which is great and appreciated. Screen is great, as well as system performance as a whole.

Many web pages are completely inaccessible on the device. Webpages and emails are often cut off on sides and bottoms. Apps are not equivalent to their android counterparts. Speech to text doesn't seem to work in anything other than English. Cortana doesn't adapt to your pronunciation or velocity of speech.

Battery Horrible

After a few months the battery life will start to diminish, will die during your 8 hour work day - very unreliable, I 'm on my way to my 3rd Lumia 1520 in less than a year.
