Best phone I have ever had!!

This phone may be big but once you get used to it you won't give it up. I am an big old man and the size and features make it easy to use. I can even text my grandson with ease. My big old fingers can even type on the keyboard that pops up. It also fits in my shirt pocket. I've only taken a few pictures but they are outstanding. Love this phone!

Bad front camera

Front camera starting to display "something went wrong" message a few months after getting it. I follow all the possible solutions posted on this website and nothing works. There isn't even a number to call.

I used to like this phone...

When I first got this phone, I loved it. I had no problems with it at all.
About 2 or 3 months ago, my phone would get stuck with no service. I would restart it, and it would come on with airplane mode activated. I couldn't turn it off, but if I restarted it enough, the signal would come back. Now, and for the past 2 weeks at least, it will NOT get off airplane mode. I am getting extremely aggravated, I have done everything I can to fix it, but nothing has worked. I HATE THIS PHONE. It also stopped letting me access the facebook messenger app, rendering this phone absolutely useless. I would never, ever recommend this product to anyone. I wouldn't wish this on my worst enemy.

I had to move from Corr to AT&T when AT&T bought them out. It was the perfect chance to get this phone! So far, I love it! Easy to set up. I figured out how to add ringtones pretty easily. I love the big 6" screen. I guess that is the old person in me starting to come out. My mom got the smaller 900series phone and I think she's going to like it, too!

Great hardware...

Battery life is amazing. Screen and resolution is amazing. The weakness is the lack of common apps and removal of apps such as Bank of America, Chase (both banks I use), and lack of support by 3rd parties. Live tiles are great when apps support them properly.
Screen size at 6" is a bit too big. I love the large phablet form factor, but 5"-5.5" would suit me better. One handed use is tough.
