FROM DAY ONE I HAVE BEEN IN LOVE

This phone is still better than almost anything out there, Samsung 6 Edge you be a good challenged. BATTERY LIFE is OFf the hook, great, Camera Apple took about 10 versions to catch up. ALL the other makers and people were laughing at how big this was, they ALL tooks YEARS to catch up to what this phone is. Durable, great in all light, FAST and VERY CLEAR for older people. It is slim with GREAT AUdio and VIDEO, bluetooth is killer, projecting the screen to a PC to show people stuff that NO ONE else has still. Price is lower than most other products with 1/2 the features. It's not an Apple or Driod it's Windows Phone and as ALWAYS microsoft given time will own the market. They could give these away and just live on the Xbox \ OS \ Development platforms so they can slowly sit back and let the market come to it. A billion Windows PC and users who will soon want Windows everywhere and from the Wrist, phone, pc, server and tablet. Deal with it. Lumia 1520 was a knock out product Nokia left behind. I will buy another again and again. BTW I have 2 phones a cheaper Droid (soon to be a Samsung 6) and Lumia so I have it all.

I had no idea how much I would love this phone

As an iPhone user for many years, I was quite nervous about switching to a Windows Phone, especially since my phone is mostly used for work. I bought a Microsoft Band and a Windows Surface, so I figured I'd take the plunge. There are a few apps I really miss, but I have been finding some great replacement apps and my work hasn't suffered one bit. In fact, my productivity has increased since the Windows phone is so much better at notifications. The phone itself is quite big and that was a worry too, but now I absolutely love the way the phone feels in my hand. It's super responsive and there are so many great little features I would hate to live without now. Hey Cortana works beautifully with the phone as well. I am super pleased with my purchase.

Windows Phone Just Works!

I started with my first windows phone with the Lumia 920. I absolutely loved it so I decided to upgrade to the 1520 and I love it even more! I've went through lots of Androids and a couple iPhones but always was unhappy with them as soon as the OS updates ruined them. I can safely say that when I update my windows phones they only get better! It plays nice with my work needs and personal needs easily without extra apps to work within. It plays nicely with my Xbox 360 and Xbox One, I only wish more companies would support it with apps. Can't wait for Windows 10 to come to this already perfect device! My wife and son are also very happy with their Lumia 1020s!

I Had My Doubts about a Big Phone...but

This phone is very large. But it is not difficult to hold with the right case. The Kaleidio TM armor case is a perfect match. It is admittedly a little heavy for a portable phone. But there are side holsters you can purchase that work great. I have now had this phone for two months. I am completely delighted with its performance. The screen can easily be seen in even bright daylight. I am surprised how long it holds a charge. Though this is pretty subjective depending how frequently you would use it during the day. For for my use I only have to charge it every three days. And to achieve full charge only takes about one hour! The visual display and reading texts at 1920p resolution is a dream come true . Scrolling through messages is a breeze. And you will love Contana. Imagine this helpful feature. You are driving down the road and get a call. The person calls you and leaves a message or leaves a text message. Contana vocally speaks to you "You have received a message. Would you like me to read it?" You reply vocally, "yes, read it" She reads it to you vocally. Then she asks vocally if you would like to reply. So you say "yes, and then vocally give her a message to send". You can ask her anything and she has an answer. She even has an answer to the question "Does God exist?". I had heard the sound is muffled but I have not found that to be the case at all. And people I have called say my voice comes across crystal clear. I love this phone. The hype is for real! I just hope I do not wake up from this dream!

This phone is amazing. The 6' screen is excellent. With 20mp camera the images looks very good and with Lumia Denim the video on 4k is gorgeous. Gaming is also great on this big screen. Can't wait for the Windows 10 for phone.

Love my Lumina 1520

Great phone. Every update makes it better. Have had my 1520 a little over a year & I still love it as much as the day I got it. Takes awesome pics & video. Live tiles blow the other OS's widgets and whatnots away. So happy I made the switch. Eagerly awaiting Windows 10.
