First time I used it, I was rather cautious and didn't know exactly how long I should dehydrate the fruits. After reading some helpful hints on the internet I learned how to prevent the fruit from sticking to the trays. The last time I used it it was wonderful. I put a dab of EVOO on a paper towel and ran it over the trays. Then I turned the dehydrator on High and let it go. The result was fantastic. The fruit came right off, did't stick. The fruit was not bendable, but dehydrated to perfection. I am a brand name shopper. I can always depend on Cuisinart for dependable products in my kitchen.

I ordered this online n brought it back to the Philippines. I only hope they have a dual voltage version available. I need to use a transformer in the Philippines where we have 220V as opposed to the 110V of the US. but I'm very happy with my healthy snacks now
