It is heavy enough to ensure even heating without warping the pan and yet it’s not too heavy (I can lift it and tilt it to pour contents onto serving platter) Deep sides make it easy to make sauces and add pasta to toss. Wide base can easily hold 4 chicken breasts with room so you can get good browning. No long handle means it fits in the oven. Clean up is so easy if you deglaze the pan before washing. Everything about this pan is easy!

I have Cuisinart pots but use non stick frying pans. I was reluctant about getting a stainless steel frying pan but I’m so glad it did! I’ve used it several times to cook various meals and not once have I had an issue with food sticking. The pan is expensive but well worth it. I highly recommend this pan!

I love this newest addiction to my cookware arsenal. Two helper handles is so much better for me vs. 1 helper and a long handle. Easier to work with and manipulate on stovetop. Heats up well and evenly. This 5.5 qt size is perfect. Holds anything we make. Cleans up beautifully too.
