This is a replacement for one that I have had for a few years. The bottom of the pan bent downwards. I contacted the company to find out if it can be repaired. They replaced the pan. Best customer service. I love the versility of the pan.

I LOVE this pan. It is my go-to pan for my family of 4. I also purchased the 10 in. pan, but this pan is the perfect size for my family. I love that it doesn't have the long handle of pans typically this size. Plus, I love the fact that honestly, nothing sticks to this pan. As long as you preheat the pan before you put olive oil in, you are good to go. Food stuck to my old "non-stick" pan more than food does to this. I also love that this pan is dishwasher safe, but after having used it several days a week for a month now, I still haven't put it in the dishwasher. It's not because I'm scared to, it is because this pan is so easy to clean in the sink. I have made everything from fried chicken, seared chicken, salmon, creamy pasta meal, chicken breast with cheese on top. Nothing sticks! I just put some dish detergent and hot water in the pan while we eat, and then as soon as we are done, I just rinse out the pan and everything just comes right out. So wonderful!
