I like the size because the pan has 2 handles instead a skillet design with a long handle, so much easier to move around as I have arthritis. I also love it's even heating.

I love this pot - especially the size. It's great for most meals I like to cook. My only issue is consistent with the whole Multi Clad Pro line where the pots easily discolor. A little Barkeeper's Friend and they're good as new but I've never had this problem with other pots. I'm very happy with the quality of the pots and assume the discoloration is related to the chemistry of the water in my area.

I have not used this particular item but have used the others in the set. I purchased this to complete my set. Follow the instructions as far as temperatures to use with pans and cleaning instruction. I love these pans!!

I absolutely love the multi clad as well as the tri ply range of cookesre by Cuisinart. You get them once and that's a you would need for the rest of your life. These pan stay just as good as day one of use.
Doesnt require much care other than not to cook it over medium heat(which you would never need to because at medium, heat gets distributed evenly and cooks everything to perfection. The other care would be washing. I highly recommend using Bars Keeps friendly powder to use while washing and they would stay shiny forever :)
Love Cuisinart pots and pans specially the Multi and Tri Ply :)

Poor quality. The pans are good for one or two uses but then start to pit and delaminate exposing the aluminum core. I tried to be so careful with these. I handwashed them, didn't put salt directly into the pan unless it was dissolved first, etc, but they just don't last.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
