This is high quality product! I was amazed at high well this pan was made. The material was first class and it is heavyweight. The only negative is the price…it is expensive but I always say…”you get what you pay for”. And although this pan is costly, this appears to be first class. I highly recommend this pan.

I feel this will be a very versatile pan, perfect for more than just lasagna. It’s nicely weighted and would be great for roasting chicken, small roast, etc. I baked my ham in it for Thanksgiving since it was the perfect size for my mid-sized ham. The smaller than roaster pan size makes it much easier to store than my standard roasting pan.

It's too soon to know how this pan will hold up but it appears to be very solid. I've used it once for lasagna. The thickness is great for even heating and the handles make it easy to move.
