Hands down the best stainless steel product around. My fiancé and I use this Roasting rack once to twice a week and I was SURE it would be ruined after a month. NOT AT ALL! It’s fabulous, it’s just a shiny and perfect as the day we bought it. I am extremely impressed and we love love love Cuisinarts products.

Wry nice pan. It’s a good weight and I loved the handles; made it much easier to get out of the oven. I made lasagna and figured I’d have a tough clean up but it cleaned very easily,

Fantastic pan. Easy to clean. Nice, substantial stainless steel. We roast vegetables or small roasts in it. We also have the larger version of this pan. Sometimes both are in the oven cooking at the same time.
