I love this new little skillet. I use it almost every day. It's very sturdy. The nonstick surface seems to be very durable. The handle stays cool. Everything cooks up nicely and at a lower heat.

Pan is true to description, I like that it is heavy and balanced so that the handle does not tip bottom of pan off glass top burner, as my induction cooktop needs full contact to maintain even heat.
I also like that it is stainless steel and not aluminum (again- for induction and health reasons.)
Would have given 4-5 stars, however, there is a 'bubble' or small raised part in the interior coating which I do not think will affect performance, just reflects quality control.
