This pan is of good quality and does the job. Also, you can keep the heat lower than most. It’s heavier than my previous pans, so I need to be a little more careful when lifting it to transfer food. The real test will be how long the nonstick coating lasts.

I bought this pan to replace another non-stick pan that had failed after owning it for only 6 months. I was bummed that this pan did not come with a matching lid. I have others that almost fit it but not quite. That's why the four star rating.

My frying pan came out of the box with a strange mark in it. I didn't want the hassle of sending it back. So I hope it doesn't prove to be a spot that ends up flaking because after reading other reviews the company isn't often willing to take the blame and replace their product. It is a nice heavy frying pan though and if it doesn't end up peeling I will be happy with my purchase.
