20 + min to pre-heat the oven

The oven on this appliance requires 18 - 23 minutes to PRE - HEAT to 400 degrees. Do not understand why it would take that amount of time jus to pre-heat and then you can start to bake. Are we doing something wrong or is there a problem with the Stove ?
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great upgrade, Solid Performance

Bought this stove to replace our old one with the raised heating elements. Love the flat cook surface and 5 burners. Solid construction and great performance. My only complaint would be that it seems to take a long time to pre-heat the oven. You need to be sure and factor in at least 15 minutes for the pre-heat.
I would recommend this to a friend!
