Great little bowl

Very helpful little bowl attachment for my 6 qt mixer. Love it for when I need for make a small batch of something. Now we just need it to have a paddle attachment instead of just a whisk!

I love the size of this bowl, I use it for everything. I just wish that since they copied the 1950s version of the C3 Mixer Combi-Whip, they would have also copied the old method of 6 spot welds on the brackets instead of 4. The dough hooks from the K45 do fit, just make sure you have a soft, hydrated dough, so it doesn't strain the weak welds. I make half loaf bread dough twice-weekly in it, which is less of a strain than cookie dough. Perfect size, maybe you will make one dedicated for the 5 quart pro, so you won't have to have two holes on one bracket and therefore less torque? Just saying.

I have had the bowl and combo whip for several years now and love, love, love this so much. Several years ago I sent many request to have something like this, then one day I was looking it up again and voila!, there it was. So, ok I have another request. Is it possible to get a paddle beater for this bowl or will one of the other ones fit this bowl. So many of my recipes call for using a paddle instead of the whip. Thank you so much for continually bringing useful and quality items.

I bought this bowl and whip a few months ago since the 6 quart bowl was too big for small amounts. I LOVE THIS BOWL & WHIP!!! Well worth the money!! It makes the 6 quart professional mixer so much more versatile! Can't say enough good about it!!

I purchased this for my KitchenAid 7 qt lift bowl stand mixer. Decided to try it out by whipping some cream. Put the bowl in the freezer for a few minutes, then put it on the mixer, added the cream and other ingredients. Within five minutes I had the best, stiffest whipped cream I've ever made! Love this little bowl and wisk! Definitely recommend!
