Yaaaaah for the Mega 6.3!

Although the new 5.9 Mega2 will have updated tech, I wanted the size that defines a MEGA Phablet. And since there's no 6.5 or 7.0 Mega in the near future (2014), the Mega 6.3 will have to do and glad I got one before carriers discontinued the sale of this device.
My Galaxy group really hoped Samsung would introduce a true integrated Phone/Tablet in the form of a (suggested name) Galaxy MegaPro or Mega S with a 6.5 or 7.5 display - if only as an optional special order. Of course this would be for the more intelligent humans that wouldn't hold this devise to ones' ear but use a Samsung headset to answer calls or dictate a text while multi-tasking on such a Phablet.
In summation, should Samsung decide to merge Phone & Tablet with a screen size of 6.5 to 7.5, I will immediately trade in my current Mega 6.3 to purchase 3 (2 to replace the media system in my vehicles) such devices even if it comes with tech second to the Note series. Being from the big state of Texas, a MegaPro or Mega S device will live up to its MEGA name!!
I bought this phone for the screen and it made me happy the whole time i owned it, the screen did crack after 14 months, still have it, still love it lol
I have always purchased Samsung products. I really enjoy this phone.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Lightweight
I would recommend this to a friend!

Death of the Mega

I love when people create niche products that offer one or more great features. This phone was truly a great idea. Unfortunately ATT moved away from the 6.3 Size down closer to the note. Don't let that deter you. This phone is really good IF....IF you know what you're buying.
Its large! but that's the point. You can take this to the gym with you and watch movies while you're on the treadmill without squinting. If you're in the airport you can multi-task, and watch movies on one side of the screen while doing something else on the other side.
It doesn't have the most up to date processor or the super high def display but the price and screen size tend to offset those features when compared to the Note 3 for instance.
Pros: Inexpensive, Durable, hmm oh yeah 6.3 in screen
Cons: not super high def, processor could be better

Great phone overall but the power button & volume button need to be moved because they are right where your hand fall.
this is my 5th samsung galaxy phone and by far the best to date. I've had the galaxy 3 and the 4, and the note 2, the mega and now the note 4 and it is hands down the most integrated, best picture quality and everything you expect from a samsung galaxy phone
