Odd shelf placement

The refrigerator is nice enough and I really like the freezer. However the fridge is on the small side and the spaces between the shelves aren't very tall. It's bad if you have a pitcher filter you use for water.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

the fridge works well, it looks good, does everything it should but why so much noise ? the manual said to expect noise because of the new and improved high pressure system ! improved ?

The fridge is noisy and wakes me up in the middle of the night. It now has moisture inside.
