Just purchased this refrigerator and so far very pleased. I was told by the installer that it would take several hours before it would begin to get cold. The freezer started freezing food within an hour. Quite impressive.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Love my Frig

I really love this refrigerator. My electric bill went down. It is a great product I only wish the handles were slate too I am always wiping fingerprints from the handles but I love this frig so its not that big of deal.

Stylish Look with Pros and Cons

Overall this refrigerator is a great value for what you get for its cost. The unit has its pros and cons with the main points listed next.
Pros:
-This models comes in nice color options with the slate chosen for my purchase.
-Unit has glass shelves, which is tough to find on this size refrigerator.
-Crisper drawers are a clear plastic for easy viability of contents.
-Ability to hook up ice maker is present.
Pros:

Cons:
-Unit can go through short spells of noise when doing a cycle.
-Temperature setting has to be set higher than recommended to achieve adequate temperature. (Even when keeping the proper food balance as suggested in owners manual)
-The freezer door seal had to be replaced less than one month of ownership as water condensation would form inside freezer at the corners of freezer door.
-Leveling legs are difficult to turn.
-Slate color is only on the doors, cabinet is solid black.

I would rate this unit a 7 out of 10 score. While it shines in some aspects, it is lacking in others. A little more fine tuning and this unit could easily had been a GE front runner.
