My last GE refrigerator lasted 22 years with nothing more than worn trim and a little leak from the ice maker connection, I'm hoping to get the same from this model. It looks great and has ample space.

This is just the refrigerator I wanted. No ice maker. No gadgets on the door. Roomy inside and lots of shelves. Two drawbacks. No light in the freezer. And it sounds very loud when it's running. VERY loud.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
