Great value, solid fridge

I thought buying a new fridge to lower my electric bill was a fallacy. Wrong! My electric bill since purchasing this fridge has lowered by an average of $80 per month. Good size, perfect for my small family. Only problem is I still cannot find where to change freezer temp. User problem and not a reflection of the fridge!

I really wanted the freezer compartment on the bottom but GE does not make those except if an ice maker is attached. Why would that be?

We have owned the refrigerator for only three months but it has been good so far. The black color does not show marks and it runs fairly quiet. No problems with the temperatures and the shelves are easy to move around.
