The freezer shelf can only be at the lower level if using the ice bucket, but that takes up a lot of space. The shelves inside the frig are weak and visibly bow with weight on them. The one with the sliding partition is especially worrisome. They are difficult to clean if something leaks on the glass and seeps under the plastic frame. It does not seem to have as much depth to the shelves as my old frig. either. Also had to turn the temperature down lower than what the workmen set it at.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Excellent refrigerator, one fault

My fridge is doing great but the ice maker has a problem. The little flag that supposedly turns off the water supply when the tray is full of ice doesn't work. It is designed wrong and cannot possibly shut off the water so the tray just keeps filling and overflowing with ice. I have to manually shut it off every couple of days to keep it from jamming up.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The food on the shelves in the refrigerator is frozen solid if I want the ice maker to work and food in the freezer to stay frozen.

I bought this a few months ago, and have not been happy with my purchase. The door does't close unless you push it tight. I purchased several cleaning products and all they do is make it worse (stainless) I guess they should call it stainmore. I am also not pleased with the amount of room on the top shelf because there is a part that sticks down right in the middle and it is inconvenient for milk and juice.

We love this refrigerator, I would have rated it perfect if the freezer's bottom shelf was just a little bigger (wider)

Happy with the frig but freezer too small, and ice keeps coming out in joined cubes instead of single cubes.
