Poor design for for shelving.

I do not like the inside off the door shelves. I would have purchased an inside straight across shelving. I do not care for the short shelves. A waste of space.

Disappointed

I purchased this in July and am disappointed in this model. The temperature controls for the freezer and fridge are separate. But I had to have both controls set at 8 or 9 instead of the recommended 5 level. Now that it is colder, I have reset the controls to 5-6. Noticeably the doors do not close completely unless I slam them shut. When I slam the fridge door, the freezer door pops open and visa versa.

This refrigerator is awful! The freezer stays cold but the fridge rarely goes below 40 degrees. It makes the weirdest noises: knocking, banging, clicking. Biggest waste of money!!

loud irritating noise

Ever since I bought this refrigerator it's been making a loud, excessive vibrating noise when the fan's on. I later found out that many other people posted youtube videos about the same problem with various GE models.

Lots of room

We purchased this as a replacement of a very old unit. I am sure it is not taking as much electricity to run. It has many different shelves to accommodate varying heights of items. I really like the placement of two large drawers toward the middle to the unit rather than at the bottom as in our old frig. The drawers have humidity control on them which helps keep produce fresher, longer.
