I love the features and the black color. I am confused why I had to purchase the ice maker separately. Today a refrigerator without an ice maker is like a car without an air conditioner. I do like GE products. They do stand the test of time.

I got this refrigerator through my home warranty. I'm extremely pleased with it. It cooled right away so that none of my food spoiled. It is roomy and has places for any beverages and food.

I bought this to replace another name brand refrigerator that I only had 8 years. Parts were too expensive to replace and the quality of the drawers was not anywhere as good as the GE. I was glad to find out it is mostly made in the USA. The wire shelves are okay with me. I only bought the other brand usually but the quality seems to have diminished. I am well pleased with this GE.
