Always problems

The first one we had went out within the first 3 months of having it. The store exchanged it for another one and we have had it for 3.5 yrs. the cooking of the fridge has given us problems off and
on. The freezer will still work and the lower shelf will freeze items in it that it is only suppose to keep cool and the upper portion of the fridge will not cool. If the fridge was old I’d be ok with this happening and be understanding that things do wear but this is just way to soon to have these problems

Love it, but it's a bit loud

We love this fridge. It's been exactly what we wanted and a great price. We love the slate color, and we've have it 4 years and still looks brand new. Only thing we don't like is it's loud when it's running.

This product has truly stood the test of time, and has been a steadfast presence in the kitchen since the day we purchased it. The unit is easy to clean, maintenance and is relatively inexpensive to upkeep should any minor items such as lights going out or drawer gear spokes chipping off due to wear and tear. I’d really recommend it for any homeowner as it is a great value and spacious enough to hold refrigerated consumables for a small household.

Not the best

I’ve had issues with the refrigerator for over a year. I purchased the refrigerator when we got out new home in 2016. Three years later I started having my first issue. The freezer is constantly leaking water and now the deli drawer is freezing all of our stuff. The refrigerator was purchased brand new. not a happy customer at all.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Excessive repairs

This refrigerator has been the source of problems since we bought it. We have replace 3 control boards, one cooling fan, an operation computerized update for the new fan, and now the ice maker and water dispenser will not work. A terrible appliance to have in your home.
