Poor ice maker

I've had this fridge for 4 months. The ice maker spews ice out in such a way that it doesn't go into the glass, it goes all over the floor. I have to use a large bowl to catch it. Plus the sticker left goo on the stainless steel that I still haven't been able to remove.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Try using household liquid dish detergent to saturate and wipe off the residue of tape.

GE - Not a good experience...

Delivery was a disaster. Came with no bucket for icemaker. Trying to get GE/Home Depot to provide one took more than a week and too many phone calls. Best part of the product is the interior lighting. Not much room for high containers.

Time will tell more - after only 4/5 months use - like the exterior color & surface. Can use magnetic tools on exterior. Prefer manual ice/water lever type selector as touch pad has inconvenient draw backs. Like 4 compartment lower freezer section. Prefer a quieter operation = less noise, please! Like the split top doors access. The flexible shelves are only deep enough to serve and not lose foods too deep behind others. No longer feel need to 'climb into'/'excavate' frig when seeking specific contents. Door shelves are proving more useful than originally perceived. Cleaning thus far is simple. Like the interior focused LEDs. Hook-up and installation were far more complicated than expected since we purchased on-line without seeing floor model in store.
I would recommend this to a friend!

We bought this appliance four months ago and found that it keeps the vegetables nice and fresh and holds a constant temperature through out, but it is noisy when it runs and ice maker is also noisy.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Do not buy this refrigerator!

Was the worst refrigerator I have purchased in 30 years. Had nothing but continuous service issues. I finally got rid of it. Resulted in $6,000 in home damages due to a water flow. Will never buy another of this brand name again!
