I AM VERY HAPPY WITHTHIS PURCHASE. IT IS VERY QUIET AND THE AMOUNT OF SPACE IS PERFECT FOR MY NEEDS.I LOVE THE TEXTURED DOORS WHICH HIDE FINGER PRINTS.

Smart durable features

I bought this for an investment property because of its smart features of recessed handles to prevent loose or broken handles and the interior and shelving are durable and not made of glass which tends to break or crack easily. Freezer and refrigerator compartments are well designed.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Hotpoint refrigerator

Refrigerator is roomy. At first the fridge ran all the time until I turn the switch inside to off and back to recommended setting then it was fine.

Good fridge, but.....

We bought the HotPoint fridge since it has such a great reputation as a reliable and long-lasting one. We still think that way, but our unit does not earn 5 stars because of:
- A cosmetic dent in the front.
- Wire shelves instead of something flat. The wires do not let glasses and some bottles rest flat without tipping. Does GE offer an option to buy or replace?

As noted, this fridge is otherwise good and a great choice for a 2nd fridge in the garage!
