One was OK, then 1 after the other suddenly CAPUT!

I completely agree with a review below from 5 mos ago. After visiting my GF in Bogota, Colombia in Jan, 2014, and watching her SO EASILY use her 3 Cup B & D Rice Cooker I got home and could not WAIT to buy one online in 3/14. It worked until about 1/16 and it would not turn on anymore. I liked it though so I bought another in about 2/16 and IT "just stopped working" about 9 mos later. THEN(!), I decided to give it ANOTHER try, bought one THIS year in February and it lasted exactly TWO USES and would not turn on anymore. I am VERY disappointed/frustrated and am now "storing" a new 10LB bag of rice as a result. I cannot now recommend this product to ANYONE, especially after reading ALL of the predominantly negative reviews below :>( A faulty "contact" inside the Cooker? As with some reviewers below, I'm not really interested in returning my latest cooker and paying shipping BOTH ways. Thank you.

Awesome, easy & fast!

I've been looking for this kind of rice cooker for a long time. As we all know, microwave food is not good for health, may cause cancer. Therefore, I was trying to search around the world to look for this rice cooker. It works perfectly fine and I can steam my food at the same time when I cook the rice. It only takes 15 mins and I can have nice and warm lunch. I use this at work. Except the only thing is do not leave it in the cooker for too long, because the rice will get burn a little bit; not a big deal. Good buy!
I would recommend this to a friend!

That was fast!

Purchased my rice cooker and used it about a week later. Plugged it in for a second use and nothing. No lights, no heating, no nothing. Unbelievable!
