Wonderful...until it died.

Had it for a couple months, died in the middle of cooking my rice for dinner. I'm a broke grad student so rice is essential for getting by on a budget, what do I do to get this fixed/replaced?

This was the most convenient thing I had and it broke on me. It still goes down but doesn't turn on :(

Very Disappointing! Lasted about a month.

I was very excited at first it was easy and cooked great. Suddenly just stopped turning on! Very frustrating and disappointing.

My daughter have me this model for Christmas. It broke after two uses! Do some research and find a better model.

Was awesome- until it broke after 4 uses! :(

Bought this a month ago and used it 4 times. It was very easy to use and the rice was great. On my last use, the "cook" light turned off but the "Keep warm" light never turned on. The rice was definitely a little under-done, but I didn't think too much of it. I just plugged it back in and none of the lights are turning on, the base is not heating up. This size was perfect for my needs and I've generally had good experiences with Black & Decker products before, but this one does not hold up. Guess I should have come here to check the reviews, first!

It works well initially,but broke after fifth time of use. After reading the reviews,I suspect that there must be a design flaw or something about this product. Because the way mine broke is similar to theirs. Very disappointed.

Rice cooker was broken after few uses.

After few uses, the Rice cooker was broken. The spring on the bottom does not work. Several times, rice got burned. One of my friends fixed the spring. Broken again. I Do not recommend Black& Decker Rice cooker. Very Poor quality and breaks after few uses.
