I Love Food Saver, just wish I would have bought the system years ago. I purchased 6 of these containers and they are great for left overs and stack so well in the frig. or freeze. I use them to make small meals for my husband and I and then freeze them to eat at a later date, we are seniors and at times we don't have the energy to prepare a meal from scratch.

Not deep enough

These container are not deep enough. The top extends to far down inside. I squeezes the contents.

Since we have started using these to keep cheese we have not had waste. We are three weeks on cheese and still fresh as the day we opened it. Lunch meat stays fresh as well.

They don't seal!

first set wouldn't seal, ordered a replacement set, it wouldn't seal either. the one canister that came with my unit works extremely well, but there's definitely something wrong with these deli trays. there are several reviewers on here experiencing the same thing. lucky you, if you got one of the one's from the batch that seems to work

Does not seal

I got this to seal once out of about 15 attempts using the gray adapter. These are a poor design and a waste of money. The other vacuum containers work well but these white ones with rubber tops are useless. I'm throwing them out as they're a waste of space.

Here are some troubleshooting tips to try:
1. Press firmly on all sides to ensure lid is properly closed. When you hear the ""snap""- you will know it is closed. Then place Handheld Sealer from appliance on Vacuum Valve.
2. Press Vacuum or Accessory button to begin Vacuum sealing.
3. When vacuuming sealing is complete the vacuum indicator will dimple inwards. Look for the ""Dimple of Freshness""- it tells you that the air has been removed from the container. The container is now ready to be stored.
