Ordered 5 2-pack boxes in March and started using them when they arrived. Understand, we have been using food saver products for years with no issue, until now, also, we haven't had the chance to contact food saver because of our job.
We opened first box to use, could seal one end, after food placed inside, sealed other end and upon checking seal as we always do, seal separated, and yes we know the reasons why that would happen, so we tried a few more on that roll with no success. We then tried the other roll in box, same issue. We then thought it may be that box, so we opened 3 more boxes, all the same.
We will be contacting food saver about this as soon as possible to find a remedy for this, we really do enjoy food saver.

Recently purchased my 2nd Foodsaver unit & 8” & 11” rolls. Absolutely love my Foodsaver…..My two freezers are totally full of meat, vegetables, etc all in Foodsaver vacuum bags….When our son visited last month, I gave him my original machine as he was so impressed with the value, ease of use & protection from freezer burn….HIGHLY RECOMMEND FOODSAVER

All the rolls in the boxes of the Foodsaver rolls I received had ripples and creases which prevented my Foodsaver vacuum/sealer from sucking all the air out and sealing. My machine just kept running trying to get all the air out of the bag. Foodsaver Rolls that I've been purchasing have had this same issue for the past couple of years or so. I was hoping they had improved by now. The quality of Foodsaver Rolls is very poor now. Foodsaver pre-cut bags are fine and work as intended. Very disappointed that I can't get a quality box of rolls made by Foodsaver any longer. Customer Service was great when I called about issue and representative quickly sent replacement boxes of rolls, which all sadly, had same issue. I was asked to send photos of the defective rolls, which i did. I found out that Foodsaver's rolls with bad seams and ripples/creases are a common complaint now. Guess I'll have to search for a different brand to use with my sealer.
