I use my food saver to buy meat and freeze it for my husband and myself. The 8" x 20' rolls are perfect for packaging 2 pork or lamb chops, 2 chicken thighs, a large chicken breast, 3/4 lb. of ground beef, etc. I find that food frozen in a food saver bag thaws more rapidly than a package of meat from the grocery store.
