Only bought for the blade, fits great. Needed a replacement and found it at an okay price. The lid is pretty much useless though since it doesn't fit my blender. Oh well. Nice blade none the less..

I purchased the blade replacement kit for our 30+ year old Oster and now it works like new! We are so impressed with the perfect fit and function, which has allowed us to continue using our vintage blender that belonged to my mother

I've been using my Oster blender with a torn rubber ring and it kept leaking. I easily found replacements and decided to get the whole kit to keep on hand. Blender works perfectly now.

While the Cap did not fit my square blender the cutter, gaskets and blender bottom did fit! Got my blender back in operation and the new blades were extremely sharp making it work quite well. The kit cost was less expensive than purchasing just two of the separate items so I went with the kit. Got lucky and the items I needed fit. Happy again. :)

Like New Blender

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The new blade and gaskets fit perfectly. Old blades were stripped out on the bottom from years of use, but now blender is like new. complete difference in its performance. Lid didn't fit our old jar, but all else works great.

Poor fit and poor quality

I only needed the jar base cap, but this came as a kit and the price was right. You get what you pay for. The jar lid was a poor fit allowing liquids to escape while blending. Fortunately, I still had the old lid. I kept the old one and threw the new one away. The jar base cap cracked after only using it twice. Unfortunately, I did NOT still have the old base cap. Now I am hoping I can find a jar base cap a sturdy as the original.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great purchase for the price

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought the kit because my hand-me-down blender's screw base had cracked severely after a few too many times of someone overtightening it. Happy to have replacement parts that will probably last me the life of the motor, but I'm a little worried about the design that caused the original issue. The screw base is somewhat thin, so it can't take too rough handling and care must be taken that it isn't tightened all the way or it can weaken.

Leaking Jar Fixed with Accessory Kit

I gave 4 stars as I had to buy this square jar lid which is useless to me as my jar is round top. It would have been better if I was able to buy just the blade, gasket and the base cover.
