Good ideas but design flawed

The comb is very fragile and there are no replacement parts I can find here. While the trimmer works ok (not fantastically), having the comb break multiple tines without even and rough handling is a real downer.
Pros: works well until it doesn't
Cons: comb fragile, no replacement parts
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Not used yet, but wish you to improve you introduction on package

I bought these for traveling. Although I have not used it very well yet, I have to say I wish you to improve you introduction of your production on the package. At first I just assumed it fits to international voltage, since there is no any introduction about the power or charging details ( the result proved my naive), so I just picked and paid for them. But after I opened the package, I knew I had to get some converters or adapters for using it out of US. Totally, I would say that is good production, but less careful designing of introduction on package(although they are cool packing). Hope your introduction could be better than before. Sincerely Customers

I have tried each of the attachments and not one even cuts hair. Really, a hair groomer that doesn't cut the hair???

Cons: doesn't even cut hair!

This product is too cheaply made.

It is too bad that this product is so flimsy, because otherwise I would be very satisfied with it. However, the different accessory pieces keep falling apart with only normal use, and overall it is just too fragile.
Pros: easy to use
Cons: too flimsy!!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

not recommended for nose hair removal as the blades do not do their job. Blades after a short time feel too warm to be comfortable in the nose.
Pros: nice styling good feel ease of handling ergonom
Cons: very poor nasal hair removal
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love the product, but over time the blade attachments don't stay on the shaver do to the plastic hooks has wore down. Quality of product could be a bit better. I have to give the performance a "fair" rating due to the attachments don't stay on. This product is 1-2yrs old. I feel I should not have to replace this product so soon!!!
Pros: battery life different attachments.
Cons: over time the attachments don't stay on when using, quality of product
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Philips is not what it used to be

I replaced an older Philips product (model: Definition 60) with the G370 and I'm not too happy. The G370 is very noisy. Attachments are not firmly clicked in place and it makes a rattling noise.
The head-Release button is way too close to the on/off button. Because of that I often release the head while the unit is on.
The clipper adjustments are approximate because the button is too flimsy. If you set it up to #5 when you press you'll get close to a 4 and if you release you'll get close to a 6.
It's inexpensive but not as good as previous Philips products.
